亲爱的来朔外籍朋友们： 自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，我市上下全面动员、全力应对、周密防范，已呈现疫情防控形势持续向好、生产生活秩序加快恢复的良好态势。但是，“零增长”并不等于“零风险”。目前国（境）外新冠肺炎疫情呈快速增长态势，为进一步做好疫情防控工作，特向所有入朔外籍人士温馨提示： 一、如果您现在不在中国，建议您不要急于返朔，严防途中感染疫情。同时，要持续关注疫情变化，尽量避免前往人员密集场所或参加集体活动，做好自身防护，确保安全。 二、如果您计划近期返朔，请提前24小时联系当地外事办，并向所在社区（村）和公安机关如实报告，报告事项包括人员姓名、健康状况、返回的时间和行程。 三、如果您已经来朔，必须三天内到所在社区（村）和公安机关报备，配合社区做好14天居家医学观察，主动配合接受卫生医疗部门的体温检查，核酸检测等检查措施。若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，请自觉避免接触他人，做好个人防护，及时前往指定发热门诊就医。 四、如果您单位有外籍员工拟于近期返朔，请务必及时掌握其身体健康状况，主动做好对接服务，积极劝导其暂缓行程。确因工作需要返朔的外籍人员，用人单位要及时向所在社区（村）、外事办和公安机关报备。 对于谎报、瞒报个人旅居史、接触史、健康史等相关信息的，造成疫情扩散，危害公共安全，将要承担相应的法律责任。

A Letter to All Foreign Friends Coming to Shuozhou Dear foreign friends, Since the outbreak of COVID-19, all the people in Shuozhou have been mobilized to fight against the epidemic through strict prevention and control measures. Presently, the city has seen continuously positive momentum in containing the outbreak, with the normal order of work and life seeing faster resumption. However, zero-increase does not mean zero-risk. At present, the epidemic is spreading faster globally. To further improve the epidemic prevention and control work, we offer special reminder to all foreign friends coming to Shuozhou. If you are not in China now, we suggest that you do not rush back in the near future in case of the possible infection on the way. Meanwhile, you must pay continuous attention to changes of the epidemic. Please avoid going to crowded places, and reduce group activities such as gatherings and dinners. Protect yourself and ensure safety. If you plan to come to Shuozhou in the near future, please contact with Foreign Affairs Offices of Shuozhou. Report your name, health status, returning date and time, and itinerary to the local Community (Village) and Public Security Bureau 24 hours in advance. If you are already in Shuozhou, please report to the local Community (Village) and Public Security Bureau within three days, and place yourself under medical observation at home for 14 days in cooperation with the local community, take the initiative to cooperate with the health and medical departments to accept the temperature check, nucleic acid test and other inspection measures. If you have symptoms of having a fever, coughing,difficulty in breathing or lacking in strength, please avoid contact with others and seek medical attention promptly at a designated fever clinic. If there are foreign employees planning to back in your company or organization in the near future, please get to know their health condition in advance, keep contact and offer necessary services，persuade them to postpone the trip if necessary. For those who have to come back due to business reasons,relevant information shall be reported to the local Community (Village), Foreign Affairs Office and Public Security Bureau by their company or organization in time. You will be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law if you refuse to cooperate or deliberately conceal your travel experiences, contact with confirmed cases and your illnesses, particularly, causing the spread of the epidemic and endangering public security.
