拖拉机产业园

　　拖拉机产业园总投资50亿元，规划占地1600亩，被列为河北省重点项目、邯郸市2015年“双三十”重大推进项目。园区主要产品为大马力动力换挡拖拉机、玉米收割机、田园管理机及其相关农业机械配套零部件，目标是建设中国一流的拖拉机研发生产基地。园区建成后，能够实现拖拉机等农业机械80%以上近700个零部件的研发生产，年产10万台套农业装备整机及零部件。目前“一纵两横”的园区框架已经建成，供气、管网已全部到位，相关产业技术工人数量充足。

　　园区龙头河北铠特农业机械有限公司是目前河北省内最大的农业装备制造企业、国家级高新技术和院士工作站企业，与韩国知名农业装备企业——东洋物产株式会社、中国工程院院士朵英贤团队开展深层次合作，研发生产具有国际先进水平的动力换挡拖拉机传动系统，其核心技术已申报国家发明专利，具有国内自主知识产权，项目的实施将填补国内大马力动力换挡拖拉机的工业化生产的空白，突破国外技术壁垒，提升我国动力换挡轮式拖拉机的装备水平，大型拖拉机销量位居全国第七位。

　　发展方向：发展高端农机装备制造业，将拖拉机产业园打造成国内行业技术领先的农业装备制造基地和华北地区最大的农业机械及零部件生产基地，进而打造成中国一流的大马力动力换档拖拉机研发生产基地，实现拖拉机等农业机械大部分零部件的研发生产。

　　The Tractor Industrial Park, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan and a planned land area of 1600 mu, is listed as a key project in Hebei province and a “Double Thirty” major promotion project in Handan city in 2015. The main products in the park are high-horsepower power shift tractor, corn harvester, garden management machine and related agricultural machinery supporting parts. The goal is to build a first-class tractor R&D and production base in China. The completion of the park can realize the research, development and production of more than 80% of nearly 700 parts of agricultural machinery such as tractors, with an annual output of 100,000 sets of agricultural equipment complete machines and parts. At present, the “one longitudinal and two transverse” framework of the park has been completed, and the entire gas supply and pipe network have been in place, and there are enough skilled workers in relevant industries.

　　Hebei Kaite Agricultural Machinery Co., LTD., being the leading enterprise of the Park, is the largest agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hebei province at the present. It is also national high-tech and academician workstation enterprise, which has built in-depth cooperation with South Korea famous agricultural equipment company called East Asia Materials and Production Co., LTD, and the team of Duo Yingxian, academician of CAE. The cooperation aims at research and development production the power shift transmission tractor transmission system with the international advanced level. Its core technology has been declared national invention patent, with independent intellectual property rights. The implementation of the project will fill the blank of domestic industrialization of muscle power shift transmission tractor, break through the foreign technical barriers. This project can improve the level of domestic power shift wheel tractor equipment. The sales of large tractor have ranked seventh in China.

　　Development strategies: Develop high-end agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry. Promote the Tractor Industrial Park industry to be the agricultural equipment manufacturing base leading in technology in domestic industry and the largest production base of agricultural machinery and parts in north China, and then a first-class R&D and production base of high-horsepower power shift tractors in China, to grasp the R&D and production of majority of components and parts of tractors and other agricultural machinery.
